I enjoy bringing in creativity and personality, making sure every element has purpose and impact. When I plate a dish or build out a design, I want it to engage both the eyes and the senses—it's the small touches that bring it all together. I’m not afraid to experiment, whether that means swapping ingredients or pushing a design in a new direction. Things don’t always go perfectly, but that’s part of the process. The unexpected moments and lessons learned are what keep both cooking and designing exciting.
